The RRI is committed to researching all families and relationships as we value the spectrum of human diversity. Through the lens of social science, we seek to understand the experience of families in society with the understanding that all persons possess fundamental worth as human beings.

We strive to promote a culture of respect and appreciation for our volunteer research participants who offer their time and energy so that we may learn from them for the betterment of society.

We promote a work environment in which diversity is honored and celebrated. The RRI is committed to a policy of equal opportunity for all persons and does not discriminate on the basis of national origin, race or ethnic identity, economic status, age, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, physical ability, religion, height, weight or veteran status in employment practices.
